The spacesuit design for NASA's Artemis III lunar mission was recently unveiled. It was helped by Prada. It is made of heat-reflective material and equipped with advanced life support systems.
Space company Axiom Space, in collaboration with Italian fashion india phone number library house Prada, has unveiled the final design of the Axiom Extravehicular Mobility Unit (AxEMU), a unisex spacesuit that will be used by astronauts who will travel to the Moon as part of NASA's Artemis III mission in 2026.
The spacesuit is made of white heat-reflective material. It will protect astronauts from low temperatures in the shadowed areas of the moon and from high temperatures at the south pole, as well as from lunar dust.
AxEMU will allow you to stay in open space for at least eight hours. The suit is equipped with diagnostic systems, a carbon dioxide purification mechanism and a helmet with an increased field of view. It also boasts an advanced heat dissipation system.
