We have not yet brought the practice of the first down to earth and we are already hearing about the third.

multichannel: interacting with our contacts/customers on more than one channel, without the need for a connection between the points of contact on each of them.
omnichannel interacting with our contacts/customers on all the channels I am on, being consistent between the points of contact in each one.
single-channel interacting with our contacts/clients on the channels I am on, giving continuity to the relationship that exists on one with the one that continues on the others.
Ok, so am I Multichannel , Omnichannel or Singlechannel depending on the channels I interact with?
Well no! The truth is no.
