The company also tried to integrate the CRM system with telephony.

Unfortunately, the solution turned out to be very “raw”, and technical support processed all requests extremely slowly. The apotheosis was the situation when the company was left without communication for several hours, because technical support made a mistake in the settings, blocking external calls.
