The license fee can be up to 1.7% of the value of the work. Each municipality applies a different rate.

If you are thinking of building a home or commercial premises, you need to apply for a building permit.
This permit must be requested from the district authority.
Francisco Osores, director of the construction and real estate company La Venturosa, points out that the process will have to be initiated by the owner of the land or a legal representative.
"This authorization is required for azerbaijan number screening projects ranging from modifications to existing buildings that require remodeling or expansion, to projects involving buildings with more than 30,000 square meters," he said.
It states that if the area of the work is less than 120 square meters, the municipality will automatically grant a license after receiving the requested documents.
For larger extensions, processing takes 40 days on average.
"If the project is to be built in parts, a licence can be requested for each of the stages, based on a comprehensive project whose approval is valid for ten years," says Osores.
FIVE TIPS
1. Plan. You must submit a plan of the location, structures, and electrical and sanitary installations.
2. Copy. All necessary documents must be submitted with a copy to the municipal authority.
3. Basic. If the land does not have water, electricity or drainage, first apply for an Urban Development license.
4. Paperwork. Ask the municipality for the Single Form and complete it with the help of the persons responsible for the work.
5. Proof. At the Public Registry, request a copy of the document that proves that the land or house is yours.
