Chirp chirp! New design
On August 11, the new design was implemented on the platform, including a new font called Chirp and higher contrast.
The mixed colors of the follow button did cause some confusion:
Twitter announced a few days later that they would be making some adjustments to the design. Among other things, because some people found the text more difficult to read or even got headaches from it .

Every now and then I read tweets or articles about people being banned from Twitter. Trolls phone number library bots and insults can make you feel like you’re done with the medium. Twitter is trying to do something about that – after years of being deaf to complaints.
Since August 2020, you can determine who can respond to your tweet . And did you know that you can now also adjust who can respond to a tweet after it has been sent ? That was new to me! So if you accidentally get a lot of responses to a tweet from people you don't want at all, you can still turn that off.
retweet or like your tweet if you have a public account. That is why Twitter is also working on an option to share certain tweets only with " trusted friends " or perhaps even sub-groups that you can create yourself. It is not known whether they will actually implement this.
And now they’re working on an option where you can choose who mentions you . If your profile is in a tweet that you don’t want to be mentioned in, you can choose to remove that link to your profile. Originally, this option was called “Unmention yourself,” but based on feedback, it’s been changed to “ Leave this conversation .” The feature is still in testing.
