Low-cost airlines are at the bottom of the list according

After analysing the results of the 1st Study on Satisfaction and Trends of Airline Users , promoted by Travelgenio and its second brand, Travel2be, it seems to be proven that low-cost airlines end up being, in general, less satisfactory for passengers.
In this study, in which 145,000 travellers participated, they were asked about the most representative airlines and their assessment both overall and in more specific aspects of the travel experience.Best vacation packages
KLM is in first place with a customer satisfaction rate of 85.20%, followed by Lufthansa in second place with 78.91%, Air Berlin in third place with 77.55%, followed by Swiss (74.63%) and Air France and Alitalia in fifth place with a satisfaction rate of 74.36% respectively.
In the middle of the table, there is the Portuguese company TAP Portugal with 73.58%, Air Europa (73.13%), the Spanish company Iberia with 68.97%, US Airways (68.25%) and AerolĂneas Argentinas, which reaches 64.14% of approval.
On the other hand, in the last four positions, according to bc data china those surveyed in this First Study, British Airways appears with an index of 63.85%, Vueling follows closely with 63.62, Easyjet scores 60.56% and, finally, Ryanair, whose percentage has already dropped to 54%.
In the case of the latter, aspects such as the management of extra baggage check-in fees, comfort during the flight or reserved legroom are those that significantly lower the customer's final satisfaction with their flight experience. Despite being the best rated in terms of price, other variables closer to comfort are those that lower their final score.
