1. Flood of AI content
Let’s get the obvious out of the way. Expect a complete maelstrom, a sea, of almost impossible to discern AI-generated content (what surprises me at this point is that AI-generated voiceovers in short video format seem to work better than human voices!).

2. A need for continuity Growth Storytelling
Expect a growing need for people, businesses and brands to find a israel business email list unique narrative. And you need to stay relevant, and do so by keeping the development of that narrative in co-creation with partners, customers and the market. There will be very few brands that do not follow this line and somehow manage to remain successful.

3. A strange arms race in AI content detection
Expect a next boom of tools after the (current) boom of AI Content Generation Tools to come, which are designed to help humans figure out what content is actually created with the help of AI and what isn’t – think; plagiarism checking for AI, but also deepfake detectors, AI content blockers and the like. Expect this to create a strange arms race.

4. Job change: higher order consciousness processes
Expect jobs to change, with the possibility of losing some work, but no, AI will not take over your job — although people using AI smarter than you, and you not catching up and pivoting, could end up making you obsolete. Expect jobs to change, and people to follow suit, toward more strategic, empathy-driven, creative, higher-order consciousness processes in marketing and other departments, operations, and customer-facing functions. And both in business and outside of it, in our personal and community lives.

New jobs will be created, many of which are virtually impossible to predict now, but I’m betting on a new role of AI content editor/humanizer – someone who checks, edits and improves AI-generated content to make it more human and on-brand before publishing. Another role is the AI ​​Ethics Officer (already in some places but much more important in the future). This person won’t operate in a philosophical bubble, but will co-create ethical policies, guidelines and processes together with the rest of the organization and its partners, potential customers and current customers/users.

6. Surprise: humans will remain humans
After the AI ​​hype dies down a bit, people will want what they’ve always wanted: authentic human connection. Expect to see deeply human, personal content and creators flourish, and the creators and brands that can use them. AI in ways that strengthen the perception of their humanity and authenticity.
