Without setting up this chain, the user will receive a standard welcome message built into all SendPulse bots. If you are comfortable with this greeting, then leave it, if not, edit it.

Go to the desired bot and click the "Create a newsletter" button. This will take you to the message settings page. The first step is to select recipients. In other words, you segment your audience. This is necessary in order to select the most interesting content for different users. For example, you can congratulate subscribers on a themed holiday, offer them interesting products, or tell newcomers what your newsletter is about.

SendPulse allows you to select subscribers by subscription date, receipt of newsletters, activity in the last 24 hours and active participation in bot chains. You can also use so-called tags - subscriber data that you set up yourself.

It's high time to try writing a message to VK mailing list and formatting it. Here you can:

Add a button . It can lead to one of the branches of your chatbot or to an external link.
Add subscriber information to the message text . By default, you have variables with names in your account. If you have created your own variables and collected information there, you can use them. Your letter is ready, but before sending it out, always use the SendPulse test sending function. This way, the message will be delivered to the account that was initially connected to the service.

If there are no problems, then at the bottom of the page, click "Next" to continue sending. You have two options: send it right now or schedule it for a specific date and time. Next, the system displays the parameters by which the recipient segment was selected, the number of people to whom the mailing is addressed, and the number of messages sent.

Analyze the results
Statistics are available for each sent letter. To view them, go to the "My mailings" section and go to the one you are looking for. If you have a lot of mailings and it is difficult to find the one you need, use the "Filter" option. With it, you can quickly find letters by name, sending status or bot.

Analytics show how many messages were sent, how many were delivered and not delivered, and how many were rejected by recipients.
