Another LiveAgent update brings new improvements to our call center features as well as general configuration options. We have also rolled out a large number of important bug fixes and tweaks. Read on to learn all about what's new in 5.27.
Improvements
Color options for the “Make Call” button
Our “Make Call ” button in an open call popup only had one standard color option until now. The LiveAgent 5.27 update allows users to change the color of the call button according to their preferences. Make sure to check out this new option in any of the call button settings on the Call Window tab.

SIP Provider Description
The descriptions in SIP number provider templates have been moved to a different location. This will make them more visible and make it easier for users to add numbers without confusion. You can find this description in the fields panel instead of in the header.

All elements of LiveAgent setup have been improved with brief descriptions and tooltips. We have also added links to our Knowledge Base for those who want to read further about the various configuration options. This will make setting up LiveAgent support a much easier process for both new and existing customers.

Call recording option
You can now select whether you want to record incoming calls , outgoing calls, or denmark whatsapp number data both on any number you have connected to your LiveAgent call center. This new option will help you determine what types of calls you want to store from specific numbers, and you won't have to save the ones you don't need.

RTL support in plugins
LiveAgent now supports RTL for help centers that use languages that are meant to be read from right to left instead of left to right. All plugins can be switched to RTL to help you achieve a better user experience and make reading easier.
Corrections and adjustments
Rules of time
Some of the time rules could not be executed on time, because the time limit was set to a time before the rule conditions were met. We have fixed this issue, so that the rule will be executed even if the conditions are met only after the time limit has passed, to avoid any issues with the automation.
Duplicate messages and notes
Ticket status messages were occasionally displayed twice. For example, when a ticket was marked as resolved, the message was displayed twice instead of once. The same was true for ticket notes. We fixed this issue in update 5.27.
Incorrect invitation title
One of our chat invitations had scrambled text. We've noticed this issue and removed it so the invitation maintains proper grammar and a professional look.
Chat preview updates
After ending a live chat conversation with a customer, our system was not updating ticket previews with the actual content of the chat. This issue has been fixed and the chat status will now correctly display as completed instead of running.
Firefox Keyboard Shortcuts
Firefox users have been experiencing issues with keyboard shortcuts. These shortcuts were not working and users were unable to use them at all. We have fixed this bug, so now Firefox users can work with keyboard shortcuts within LiveAgent.
Agent paused in chat
Agents on pause in LiveAgent were unable to take a break. Agents were able to send chat invitations to agents on pause, which should not happen. This issue has been fixed, so agents on pause can enjoy their break in peace.
Save Facebook Contacts
Some of our users may have experienced errors and issues when trying to save Facebook contacts. This issue has been resolved and will not occur again.
