I have been working at the Tesla factory in Buffalo, New York since 2022. Before I started training Autopilot, I had no experience in automotive or manufacturing.

Sometimes Tesla cameras capture accidents that happen nearby. It can be hard to watch, but as soon as we come across something like this, we report it to our manager.
When I first started working at Tesla, people in the office would often share videos, usually just weird things they saw. But one employee took it too far and started sharing a picture of a little boy who was hit by a Tesla while riding his bike.
