This character filled, recently renovated three bedroomed beach house is surrounded by native bush set high on a ridge in Mount Martha with glimpses of the ocean through the trees. It is surrounded by rolling hillside and only a stones throw from Mount Martha golf course.

Decorated with exceptional attention to detail there is a strong influence of artefacts and artworks from Melanesia which gives the property a distinctive stylish beach feel, but it has all the modern comforts and space for a large family or group of friends.

The three bedrooms are spacious and can accommodate up to 7 guests. One bedroom has a queen bed, one bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a double/single bunk combination. All rooms have built in wardrobes and one has its own ensuite.

But it is outside that this house really shines, with a marvellous upper remove background image outdoor deck with lounge and dining for entertaining with your own little stairway leading to the garden with outdoor pool area. Perfect for those evenings listening to the sound of the stunning birdlife that surrounds the property (lots of kookaburras, lorikeets and cockatoos love to perch on the balconied deck and eat out of your hand if you invite them) and drinking your favourite tipple while relaxing on the deck with glimpses of the Melbourne's city lights in the distance.

Property features
The downstairs lounge has a log fire and TV with Foxtel with L-shaped sofa for relaxing. The second upper lounge and dining has a relaxed beach feel with asian influenced furniture. A flatscreen TV with surround sound, iPod docking station and wifi gives you all the mod cons. There is a recently renovated gourmet kitchen with everything the modern cook could want. Remotely controlled newly installed windows can let in the breeze in summer but there is also an air conditioner in this room and sliding doors take you out to a recently installed expansive deck with outdoor lounge and bespoke dining table to take in those glimpses of the water and the city lights in the distance. You'll have everything you need for a self contained stay. Please note that the bathrooms have not yet been renovated but they are immaculate and showcase original design tiles which just adds to the character of this beautiful house.

Set in an idyllic location with natural bushland on two sides there is opportunity to walk with the dog, the road down to the beach and the lovely Mt Martha village takes only 3 minutes in the car but would take you a good 30 - 40 minutes to walk down the hill to the most gorgeous of beaches. The golf course is a stones throw (literally) and the wineries of Dromana including Dromana Estate, Hickinbotham and Crittendens are minutes drive away. You are on the foot of Arthurs Seat and all the Red Hill gourmet producers and only a short drive to the market town of Mornington!
