In December 2022, we were approached by SberMarketing (part of the Sber Group), a sweden phone number data company that provides businesses with a wide range of services in the field of marketing communications and technologies.
SberMarketing was not a new client of the IPG agency, we had been implementing Bitrix24 for several divisions of the organization and transferring Bitrix from a cloud solution to a boxed one for some time (we described in detail what and how we did it here ). So our specialists were already closely familiar with the business processes and structure of the company and worked with the client in the technical support mode. With the growth of the business, the number of branches and staff, as well as with the emergence of new large clients, the company (among others) had a need to set up document approval processes. At this stage, the customer needed a simple and convenient document management system.
Another customer, GetChips, an electronic components supplier, came to us with a similar request in October 2022. The company, headquartered in Yekaterinburg, operates from 3 branches in Russia: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk. Due to the large flow of contracts circulating in the company, the number of approvals was constantly growing, and documents were often lost. The legal department was not satisfied with the document approval procedure that existed at that time. Another contractor had previously been involved in the implementation of Bitrix24 in GetChips. Now it was necessary to refine the functionality in Bitrix so that it would be clearer and more convenient for employees to work with it.
The customers had similar tasks (and in general, this is a frequently encountered request), so we combined them into one article.
