The first is an assessment of the investment gap, the timing of investments, the absorption capacity and the usability of EU financial resources in the context of the European Green Deal.

The second area is greenhouse gas market signals, with emphasis placed primarily on the topics of evaluating the impacts on business investment decisions, identifying synergistic and contradictory measures against the price signal (e.g. allocating free allowances, tax exemptions, subsidies or other monetary payments) and subsequently creating recommendations for appropriate changes in regulation and measures (e.g. in the setting of the domestic tax system, recommendations for the EU-ETS in general and for implementation in the Czech Republic, provision and setting of subsidies and compensations, etc.).

The final beneficiary of the project, which officially japan telemarketing launched in May 2021 and will end in 2026, is the Ministry of the Environment. The list of partners associated in the SEEPIA consortium is here:
