Why did you decide to train at Claneo?

When Anja, Head of People & Culture at Claneo, told me about the company's founding story and its corporate values of satisfaction, partnership, transparency, innovation, and quality during our initial conversation, I knew immediately that I absolutely wanted to work there. Claneo's values are exactly what I identify with and what I was looking for.
" If someone had told me four years ago that I would come to Germany and do my training at an agency like Claneo, I wouldn't have believed it. I'm very happy to be part of the team today ."
Despite my insecurities regarding my German level, I was given a lot of trust right from the start, for which I am very grateful.
How did you experience the initial phase at Claneo?
At the beginning of my training, there was a lot of new information and new faces, but I germany phone number data was very excited to get to know the agency better. My colleagues welcomed me warmly and openly and were also interested in getting to know the newcomers better. My first impression of Claneo and a positive work environment was confirmed here as well. I quickly felt like a part of the team and was very happy that the stories I'd told during the interview turned out to be true.
Which areas have you become familiar with so far and which tasks have you taken on?
After the initial getting-to-know-you phase, I moved into the off-page area . My buddy Angela was always available there as my contact person for all my questions and tasks.
My main role was in link building marketing, where I was responsible for projects in Spain, Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. My responsibilities included the following:
Researching potential websites for a link building article collaboration
The monthly planning of articles and websites
Creating a backlink strategy for customers
I really enjoyed the work and learned how important it is for a website to have high-quality content.
