The Consortium System recorded advances in general indicators and in almost all segments, when compared to those of a year earlier. For the first time, active participants surpassed the 10 million mark. There were also increases in sales of new quotas, deals made, average ticket, consortium members awarded and credits made available.

From January to October, subscriptions reached 3.48 million, representing a 6.2% increase over the 3.27 million sold in the same period in 2022. As a result of these quotas sold, R$260.51 billion in credits were contracted – 22.5% higher than the R$212.70 billion from a year earlier. The volume achieved shows that there is no correlation between the growing demand for sales and the decreasing interest rate, 12.25% of the Selic, practiced in the market.
