The volume of credits contracted via consortium continues to rise, according to ABAC 's economic advisory board . In 2023, in the period between January and November, the sum of credits from new consortium contracts signed reached almost R$300 billion.

In 11 months of 2023, the total amount of credits contracted via consortium reached R$293.62 billion. Thus, it exceeded by 25.6% the R$233.73 billion achieved in the same period of 2022. Furthermore, it also exceeded the accumulated amount in the 12 months of 2022, when the volume of credits contracted was R$252.09 billion .

It is also worth adding that credits contracted via consortium grew in four of the five segments that make up the Consortium System. Only the services and electronics consortiums experienced a decline, but since the volumes are much lower than those recorded in the other segments, this did not impact the sector's overall performance.

Check below the segments that increased uruguay whatsapp list the volume of credits traded, from January to November 2023:

Growth of 32.2%
Regarding the recorded retractions, the largest was in the electronics consortium. The drop reached 52.6%, going from R$865.38 million between January and November 2022, to R$410.51 million in the same period of 2023. In this same comparison, the services consortium fell much less (9.7%) closing at R$660.65 million, compared to the previous R$731.71 million.

Memberships reach almost 4 million
From January to November, sales of new quotas accumulated 3.87 million subscriptions, reaching a 6.8% increase over the 3.63 million sold in the same period in 2022. Once again, the sum confirmed that there is no correlation between the growing demand for subscriptions and the decreasing interest rate, 12.25% in November, of the Selic.

When analyzing each segment in which the consortium is present, the accumulated number of adhesions resulted from the sum of 1.56 million light vehicles; 1.17 million motorcycles; 726.67 thousand properties; 293.55 thousand heavy vehicles, 75.50 thousand electronic devices; and 43.60 thousand services.

Growth also in average ticket
In parallel with the record numbers of loans contracted and subscriptions, there was an increase in the value of the overall average ticket. This occurred despite the reduction in some segments, especially due to the large number of quotas sold having a value below the sector averages. The average ticket in November 2023 reached R$83.93 thousand, 40.0% above the R$59.95 thousand recorded a year earlier.

When considering the behavior of the average ticket in November over the last five years, there was a nominal increase of 71.3% in the evolution of the average values recorded. When discounting the inflation (IPCA) of 28.71% for the period, in the relationship between the difference of R$49.00 thousand verified in November 2019, and R$83.93 thousand, in the same month of 2023, there was a real appreciation of 33.1%.
