What kind of employees do we have

Post by shewlykhatun708 »

Hello. This is Tsuji from the recruitment department.

This time, we will be delivering information on the theme of "Untype as seen through data," aimed at those who are thinking about applying to Untype, those who are interested but unsure whether to apply, and those who want to know more about people who work at design production companies!

When job hunting or changing jobs, the company and the people who work there are just as important as the work itself, and are of interest to you. Today, we will introduce the results of a survey that all employees answered, so we hope that this will be of some help to you in learning more about Untype and what kind of people the employees are.

Number of holidays per year

We have weekends and national holidays cyprus b2b leads off, as well as Golden Week, summer, and New Year's holidays. The average number of days off per year is said to be 120 days, so compared to the average, this is an environment where you can take plenty of vacation.

In the first year, you will be granted 10 days of paid vacation. If it does not interfere with your work, you can take it on weekends, so you can go on a leisurely trip!

Average age

Most of our employees are in their 20s and 30s.
The group in their late 30s are veterans with over 10 years of experience. You can see that this is a comfortable environment to work in for a long time!

Average length of employment

The average length of service of our current members is 5.6 years.
The longest serving member has been
here for over 14 years! We have had new employees join us every year for the past few years, and I feel that being able to build equal relationships regardless of length of service makes it a great working environment.

Birthplace

Although the majority of students are from the Tohoku region, students from all over the country gather here.
Golden Week holidays, summer holidays, and New Year's holidays are all in the same place, so it's easy to go back home to your hometown.

Blood type

Half of the employees are type O! Maybe that's why there are a lot of easygoing people here.
(However, regardless of blood type) There is an atmosphere of accepting each other's differences and respecting each other as a matter of course, so I think it's easy for new employees to express their opinions and fit in!

Proportion of occupations

Currently, the creative department has 3 directors, 3 designers, and 2 engineers. We
plan to expand our staff further in the future, so if you are interested, please take a look at the recruitment information.

Percentage of new graduates and mid-career hires

Approximately 70% of our employees are new graduates.
Before joining the company, we provide online training for new hires, and after joining, we provide on-the-job training, so please don't worry if you don't have any work experience.

The deciding factor for joining the company

"Company culture" was by far the No. 1 choice!
The other day, as part of a project, we had an opportunity to discuss how all the employees felt about the company culture.

Everyone agreed.

・There is mutual respect for each other regardless of length of service, and it is easy to express opinions, speak up, and ask for advice

・It's a small company, but the distance between employees is just right, so it's comfortable.

・An environment where we can always think about how to improve and pursue high quality while flexibly introducing new methods

First, each employee shared their thoughts about the company culture, but there was no significant difference in their opinions, and all employees shared the same understanding, which I think is one of Untype's strengths .

Commuting time

Surprisingly, the majority of people said that it takes more than an hour to commute to work!
Some people said that they live within walking distance, while others said that it takes a little longer but they live in a town that they have always wanted to live in. Omotesando, where the company is located, is served by three Tokyo Metro lines, so it may be easy to find a place that is both easy to commute to and a town that you want to live in.

My favorite subject as a student

Amazingly, four subjects were tied for first place! I was a little surprised that there was no bias towards humanities or science.
I'm a complete humanities student, and I remembered how depressed I used to be before science tests... lol

Clubs you belonged to during your school days

Although there were a few more sports clubs, the results were about half and half.
There is absolutely no aggressive, athletic atmosphere that one might imagine, so don't worry.

lastly
What do you think?
Did you get to know at least a little bit about the kind of people who work at our company?

We are hiring all year round, and
would be delighted to meet someone who shares our vision and philosophy.
