Qualitative metrics: average BANT percentage, reasons for losing opportunities, conversion and sales closure.
KPIs:
Bounce rate not exceeding 15%.
OR (Odds Ratio) greater than 40%.
The RR (Relative Risk) must exceed 15%.
Warm leads should equal the target number of leads to be delivered multiplied by 4.
