Email Marketing Sector Study 2017 – Digital Response and Adigital

Today we present the study that we recently published together with Adigital: Research on the use and perception of email marketing in Spain 2017 . And well, as its name indicates, it analyses the business panorama of the email marketing sector in 2017 in the Spanish territory. Below we compile the most interesting data.
The study was carried out based on a survey in which 737 companies philippines mobile phone number list from more than 20 different sectors participated . The questions asked were grouped into 2 main themes or blocks :
The first addresses issues relating to the tactics and strategies used in email marketing .
In the second, the respondent was asked to evaluate the results of email marketing and other more subjective aspects resulting from their experience .
To do this, the participants have been asked about such relevant issues as the segmentation they use in their campaigns and the type of testing they carry out, how they manage email marketing , what is the stipulated sending frequency , what type of programs they have implemented , what is the budget allocated to the actions carried out or what is the income obtained.
Among all the data and results obtained, the most outstanding key points are the following:
The study also dedicated a space to analyze the main metrics of the sector: opening rate , click rate and conversion rate , which have been compared with those obtained in 2016. In the graphs we can see how the vast majority of companies have increased or maintained their metrics.

Ultimately, the study is aimed at marketing professionals and is presented not only as a tool for comparing and analysing the different email marketing actions that Spanish companies are carrying out, but also as an opportunity to compare the results and conclusions drawn with those obtained in the previous edition . In short, it offers a very real picture of the state and evolution of email marketing.
