Despite the fact that in recent years several large online cinemas have appeared in Russia, such as ivi.ru, Zoomby, TVZavr, Tvigle, and in January the world's largest online cinema Netflix entered the domestic market, torrents are still ahead of legal services in many respects. This applies to both online cinemas and e-book stores. Torrents allow you to download almost anything - documentaries, arthouse, archival films, silent films, rare books. It is not profitable for online cinemas to purchase content that will not be in high demand. For a person who watches and reads not only blockbusters and bestsellers, a subscription to one service will definitely not be enough.
