You've probably heard about lead generation , but you may not know exactly what it means. In this post, I'll explain what it is and how you can generate more leads.

Let's go step by step. The word lead in Inbound Marketing refers to a person who has left their details on a landing page in exchange for valuable content that you offer. This person voluntarily becomes a contact for your company and a potential client for your products or services.

Logically, the more contacts or leads, the greater the chances of getting new clients. And hence the importance of focusing on lead generation, which we can define as attracting and capturing contacts .

How you can generate more leads
Taking the utmost care of all the elements of this process, testing, measuring and applying what you see that obtains the best results:

Create high-value content for your target audience . Ebook, guide, manual, whitepaper, video, webinar, etc. Decide on the type of format and make sure it is well written or prepared and useful.
