From the EXECyL Foundation, we celebrate the launch of the Sustainability Plan and the Comprehensive Talent Plan of the Junta de Castilla y León . These plans are not only good news for our business fabric, but they also mark a clear and ambitious roadmap to materialize the future we want for our Community in the coming years. We live in a region that stands out for its quality of life and its wealth of resources, both natural and human, and having a comprehensive strategy that promotes these strengths will allow us to face global challenges with optimism.

There are already enough complaints; it is time for action, to promote a positive message, and to work together so that our region continues to be a benchmark for quality of life and business development .
