Social media often managed in-house

eau Go-Gulf.com developed the infographic below based on the report 'Structuring a social media team' by Lawrence Ragan Communications Inc. Bureau Ragan conducted research into the use of social media among more than two thousand professionals working in the communications and marketing industry.
The results show that a social media team has been set up in over a quarter of the respondents. A large majority of 65 percent divide the social media tasks among the current employees. The complete outsourcing of social media activities is rare. In 42 percent of the organizations, one employee performs the tasks in the field of social media. In 40 percent of the companies, 2 to 3 employees are active. The departments where the social media activities are mainly accommodated are marketing and public relations. The responsible employees try to publish content on social media at least once a day.

Nearly a quarter of respondents indicate that their iran phone data organizations plan to hire more people to manage social media activities. A quarter of companies use interns to help them with social media. Companies set requirements for a social media professional. A combination of experience (approximately 1 to 3 years) and relevant education is important for 45 percent of organizations.
