Who among you has never had problems with spam on your Outlook? And who is tired of receiving emails that only waste your time? Here are some tips to optimize your email inbox and no longer have spam problems.
Quickly set up your Junk Mail
You can find the Junk Mail folder in the list of all mail folders. You can decide to quickly set up the junk mail filter by deciding to block a sender (or never blocking them) or by inserting a domain or a brazil telegram phone number list list (already created) among the senders not to block. The filter is automatic, however, for messages that Outlook detects as potentially harmful, such as phishing attempts and emails that contain unauthorized downloads.
Outlook Spam Filter
Choose Options
To manually manage the filter, click on the Junk Mail button and then “Junk Mail Options”: you can deactivate the automatic filter and choose the level of protection you prefer, then displaying trusted or blocked senders and recipients. You can also decide to automatically delete messages without passing them through the junk mail folder.
Email Options
Enter Trusted Senders
If you are afraid of finding some important messages in your junk mail, you can decide, directly from the options screen, to include email addresses among the trusted senders. By clicking “Also consider senders included in personal contacts as trusted” you can prevent all your addresses in your address book from ending up in junk mail. Outlook also allows you to import and export files with lists of trusted senders.
Delete Spam Messages
As in other folders, you can also permanently delete the displayed message in “Junk Mail” by clicking on the “Delete” icon in the Home tab at the top left. You can also delete all messages in the folder by right-clicking on them and selecting “Empty Folder”.
