This author suggests that as people feel fear, their desire to buy goods and services increases as a way to reduce their levels of fear and assures that

For Jürgen Klaric, every action a person takes is driven by the need to fill that security gap, regardless of whether the lack is real or imposed by society as a response to consumerism. Thus, a woman buys makeup out of fear of old age or a man spends huge amounts of money on exercise equipment when he is afraid of losing his health.

I have also observed the fulfillment of Jürgen's theory when many people who have the responsibility of leading nations, regions or companies make deeply rational decisions based on the emotions that dominate them. Many times we fail to understand the reasons that lead them to invade or attack a neighbouring nation, to take protectionist measures for certain sectors produced in neighbouring countries and the arguments are totally emotional and none other than the fear of losing power, the fear of being seen as weak by their compatriots.

In the case of companies where I have had the honor of doing organizational coaching , I have noticed, especially those that are in the transition from family businesses to large companies, that many of the decisions of their owners or CEOs are activated by fear.

They find it difficult to innovate for fear that the morocco phone number product will not be well received, or the fear of losing market share makes them reduce the quality of the products to maintain low prices and sell at the same levels, and where I have most felt this fear of the leaders managers is when incorporating new people, with new knowledge and skills that the founders or old staff do not master.

I share with you 5 fears of entrepreneurship and how to overcome them .

And what is your fear? What makes you who you are? What is that deficiency that makes you have aggressive communication? Remember that the fear of change is the greatest of all.
