The article is devoted to the study of the state of legal regulation of the institute of arbitration managers. The author identified problems in the activities of the arbitration manager related to the insufficiency of legal regulation of some aspects of the activities of this professional subject of the civil law institute of insolvency (bankruptcy). Based on the results of the study, a conclusion was made on the need to improve the legal regulation of the activities of arbitration managers and conduct a comprehensive scientific and legal analysis of the institute of arbitration managers taking into account the current state of legal regulation and the practice of its application.
