About six months ago, a large insurance company with a wide viber database range of services approached us: from life insurance, health, property to CASCO and OSAGO. The company is developing steadily and already has a large customer base.

However, the standard term of the contract is 1 year. After that, it must be extended. Clients do not always agree to this: some forget, some reconsider their priorities, and some go to competitors.

It is very important for the company to cooperate with clients as long as possible. Remind them in advance about the need to renew the contract, tell them about the opportunities and advantages of insurance in this particular company and keep them in it. If you do not take care of this, the number of clients will fall, and attracting new ones is a much more expensive and labor-intensive process.

Finding a solution
We proposed to implement a Voice Robot to work with clients.

The robot is integrated with the CRM system, which stores all customer data, including the terms of the contract and its duration. Shortly before the contract expires, the robot calls the client with a reminder about renewal.

The dialogue follows a standard script written by the company's specialists. It includes a reminder about the extension, promotions for regular customers, answers to the most popular questions and an offer to extend the contract.

During the dialogue, the robot answers the client’s questions, adapting to the key words spoken.
