Find your address and click the pencil icon next to it, to reach the edit screen.
You will see the "Delete Address" button at the bottom of the popup (see image below). Click on it.

After clicking "Apply" you will have successfully removed your address from being displayed on your listing.
Be sure to double check that the locations listed as service areas (the section below the main "About" screen) are correct, and add any others you cover that aren't there.
