All sectors have changed their work dynamics due to the coronavirus. The digitalization of processes is a reality in the field of marketing.
Technology marketing agency Crowland has published a study based on 100 surveys conducted with executives and business managers from creative and/or digital agencies.
“The purpose of this study is to estimate what type of digital projects we will launch in the coming months, as well as to define the key aspects that define the day-to-day running of digital projects in order to extract lessons for their management,” the company says.
The study highlights the role that the health crisis gambling data india has played in “driving the digital transformation of companies.”
“Although more than 75% of respondents are satisfied with the results of their digital projects, it should be noted that 24% say that they require too much effort for the results obtained,” the study notes.
Poor planning is one of the problems that made the process difficult. Approximately 60% of respondents spent more hours than expected on achieving objectives. These types of inconveniences lead to just over 40% of respondents classifying their experience as “average.”
“Confinement is causing brands, SMEs and companies to generate new, eminently digital business models. For this reason, web platforms and mainly E-commerce will be the most in-demand projects in the coming months. Actions on social networks will also be predominant as they allow us to communicate with our customers. Likewise, the high consumption of online entertainment in these months has caused the generation of content to be a demanded strategy to reach our consumers,” concludes the report.
