It costs you money

Post by bappy8 »

In short: by letting people share your content, you give them the chance to make themselves more attractive as professionals. Why would you deny them that chance?

Not having your content shared will cost you (a lot of) money, because you have to use paid promotion. And maybe I'm wrong, but I can't help but feel that the costs for paid promotions on social media have been rising rapidly for quite some time now.

Every euro you can save on this, you can invest in even more and better content. In building your own audience job function email database In conversion optimization. In effect. In turnover. In profit. In your career.

9. It spoils your mood
Creating beautiful content, publishing it and then seeing it get shared little and yield little… It’s a waste of time and frustration. And a waste of the money you’ve invested in the creation and production. All of that doesn’t exactly motivate you to keep going.

10. You put your job at risk
Job at stake? That's an exaggeration! Or not? Continue for a while with publications that are barely shared and the questions will arise: 'How much do we actually spend on promotion?', 'Why does it cost so much money?' and 'What does it all yield?'
