For example, Watford Football Club gave fans who followed the team away during the last championship the new official shirt for the 2018-2019 season. The supporters also received a letter signed by captain Deeney.

Ikea is a perfect example for the Anticipated event. Here we had perhaps one of the best Real-time marketing campaigns related to the recently concluded World Cup in Russia: after Italy's defeat against Sweden, Ikea targeted the Italian public with the famous phrase: "To make up for it, we'll give Gian Piero the bench".
