11 Greatest Programmers in History

Post by sabihanusaiba9 »

Once, I was trying to fix a bug in my work application, I spent 1 hour identifying the problem, the fix seemed very simple, however, I wasted an additional 25 minutes on it. After the fix, I wondered how much time it would take a programmer or developer to fix the problem (by the way, all the elements you see on your device are created by a developer)

how long would it take 1 minute?… 30 seconds?… 1 second?

Programming is a necessary skill for some, and an art for list of saudi arabia consumer email others. Some people watch movies for hours to relieve stress, while others express their emotions by developing vital applications. Some create solutions to the most difficult problems. The fact that ideas can be turned into reality through programming has always fascinated me.

Here's a list of the programmers who pioneered the computing world and changed the way we access information

11. John George Keman

Who He Is: John Keman is a computer scientist, mathematician, and educator best known for developing the Basic programming language with Thomas Kurtz

Kemen pioneered the use of computers for ordinary people. He invented the BASIC (Beginner's All-purpose Symbolic Instruction Code) programming language in 1964 after experimenting with the LGP-30. He also developed the DTSS (Dartmouth Time-Sharing System), one of the world's first time-sharing systems.

Major Achievements: He received the Computer Pioneer Award in 1985.

10. Grace Hopper

Who is she: Grace Hopper was a US Navy rear admiral and computer scientist. He was one of the first programmers of the Harvard Mark I computer

Hopper invented the first compiler for a computer programming language. He helped popularize the machine-independent programming language methodology that led to the development of COBOL. He is also credited with popularizing the term "debugging", which refers to fixing bugs in machines.

Major Achievements: She was the first woman in the world to be awarded a Distinguished Fellow of the British Computer Society, an Honorary Doctorate of Science from Marquette University and was awarded the National Medal of Technology (1991).
