Improved omnichannel - Meta-visitor model : the system now has the ability to combine all chats with one visitor in different communication channels within the RMO and easily switch between them.
Ratings 2.0 – Questionnaires : previously, Webim used only a point system – stars – to evaluate the work of operators. In version 10.5, the evaluation functionality has expanded: questionnaires were created – editable sets engineer database of questions for visitors. To implement questionnaires, two new types of questions were added – choosing one option from several and an expanded comment. The logic of the work was also changed: in particular, the old Ratings system provided for evaluation solely on the initiative of the frontend, while the new one allows you to make a decision on issuing a questionnaire to a visitor on the server side, subject to certain conditions.
ABAC model : in version 10.5, the system code related to access control was rewritten in accordance with the ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control) model , which allowed the access rules to be moved from the code to the settings in a special format, making it much easier to work with them and now available to system administrators.
Policy Editor : a tool for working with the policy tree. The policy tree allows you to regulate the availability of interaction options with the system as widely and universally as possible. This functionality is only available when"Policy Management" tariff option is enabled.
Role Editor : to continue working with ABAC, the Role Editor was created - a tool for creating, editing and deleting custom roles for customer needs. The standard set of roles (Operator, Supervisor and Administrator) can now be supplemented with your own roles for all necessary purposes! This functionality is available only when"Policy Management" tariff option is enabled.
Scaling 2.0 : a new, redesigned version of scaling! The new version allows you to create any number of nodes (unlike the previous version, where only two nodes could exist at a time), as well as symmetrical load distribution between them.
