2. INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL REGULATION OF CITIZENS' ACCESS TO INFORMATION
The article presents an analysis of the main forms of implementation of the right of citizens to access information in the current constitutions of individual countries, and defines the specifics of the approaches iran telemarketing data of national legislation to the peculiarities of constitutional and legal regulation of this area. Based on the results of the review, the problem of the lack of a uniform understanding of the essence and structure of this right in the constitutional legislation of various states was revealed. In order to unify the international experience of constitutional and legal regulation of the right of citizens to access information, the author proposed its optimal concept and defined the internal structure.
